It seems that recently specialists are always trying to put people into categories. From the way people look to the way that they act the general public and more so celebrities are constantly being rated or categorised. One of the more recent publications I read in the paper talked about a concept of body shape. This is obviously nothing new and neither are the categories stated as women have been using them for years, or at least the girls magazines have. It basically stated that there were four body types that women fell into when they were in shape and that knowing your body shape and how to optimise this body type would actually allow your to lose weight quicker and become fitter and stronger in a much more specialised way.
The pear body shape is that of the women that have larger bottoms and thighs than the rest of their body. At first this sounds insulting but when you think that the likes of Rihanna and Beyonce have this body shape you can see that it is an athletic build that can be as sexy as any other. This body type will lead to you having to do higher intensity workouts that will build definition in these powerful muscles.The key is to tone the lower areas while expanding your arms and chest area.
An apple body shape is a woman with incredible legs and a little more weight around the midriff area. Celebs that fit into this category are Catherine Zeta Jones and Drew Barrymore so do not worry if you have a little extra stomach weight as this can be toned and leave you with an incredibly desirable figure that will look amazing in a bikini.
This is one I had not heard of before. The tubular body shape is like that of Cara Delevigne, and Keira Knightley. These girls are all characterised by having small bottoms and less definition around the stomach area. To help with this you can increase your calorie intake and build muscle from the extra weight you will acquire from bulking up.
This is probably one of the most classic shapes. Whether you are thinking of Marilyn Monroe, Nigella Lawson or Kate Winslet, you will be on the right lines. The more curvaceous women that have large breasts and bottoms but slim waists follow the traditional figure that was promoted by the use of corsets in the Victorian times and has become known as a sexy woman figure. With this body type the best way to work out is to tone what you’ve got . Don’t try and lose weight as you will be shying away from the incredible body that you could have. Working with the curves is always best.
Whatever body shape category you fall into then there will be different ways to fine tune your body and make you into an incredibly vivacious woman.
